C., por hechos suscitados entre los meses de mayo y junio de 2020, en Santo Domingo Tehuantepec.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"550\" height=\"308\" src=\"https:\/\/publimar.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/abcdef.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-994\" srcset=\"https:\/\/publimar.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/abcdef.jpg 550w, https:\/\/publimar.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/abcdef-300x168.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 550px) 100vw, 550px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax., 7 de enero de 2021.-<\/strong>&nbsp;La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO), logr\u00f3 aprehender y llevar ante un Juez a una mujer se\u00f1alada como probable responsable del delito de trata de personas en su modalidad de prostituci\u00f3n y violaci\u00f3n agravada en contra de su propia hija adolescente de 14 a\u00f1os, cometido en jurisdicci\u00f3n de Santo Domingo Tehuantepec, regi\u00f3n del Istmo de Tehuantepec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La probable responsable fue aprehendida por Agentes Estatales de Investigaci\u00f3n en inmediaciones de la colonia Planta Impregnadora, municipio de Juchit\u00e1n de Zaragoza y presentada de forma inmediata ante la autoridad judicial que la requiri\u00f3, dando cumplimiento a la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n asentada en la causa penal 441\/2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos se suscitaron entre los meses de mayo y junio de 2020, cuando la imputada probablemente obligaba a su hija \u2013con ayuda de otra persona- a prostituirse en diversos sitios del municipio de Santo Domingo Tehuantepec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante estos hechos, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia dio inicio a una exhaustiva investigaci\u00f3n \u2013a trav\u00e9s de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada para la Atenci\u00f3n a Delitos de Alto Impacto, desplegando a su personal multidisciplinario, identificando, aprehendiendo y llevando ante Juez a la probable responsable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En audiencia, la imputada se acogi\u00f3 al t\u00e9rmino constitucional, mismo que fenece el pr\u00f3ximo 11 de enero de 2021, quedando en tanto en prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El combate al delito de trata de personas en cualquiera de sus modalidades, es prioritario para la Fiscal\u00eda General, llevando ante la justicia y aplicando todo el peso de la Ley a quienes resulten responsables.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General aprehendi\u00f3 y llev\u00f3 ante juez a V.
