V.&nbsp; fue vinculado a proceso legal por el delito de lesiones calificadas tras supuestamente perpetrar una agresi\u00f3n armada contra una persona en la costa oaxaque\u00f1a. As\u00ed lo anunci\u00f3 la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) en un comunicado de prensa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos, seg\u00fan consta en el expediente penal, tuvieron lugar en las calles de la zona centro, en el municipio de Santiago Pinotepa Nacional. La v\u00edctima, identificada como L. V. M., fue blanco de un ataque con un arma de fuego, resultando herida en diferentes partes de su cuerpo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La FGEO tom\u00f3 conocimiento de este incidente a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Costa y, tras recabar pruebas relacionadas con el caso, present\u00f3 la informaci\u00f3n ante el Juez. Este, luego de evaluar los elementos presentados, emiti\u00f3 un auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso en contra del imputado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como medida cautelar, se determin\u00f3 la prisi\u00f3n preventiva para D. E. H. M. o D. H. V. mientras se desarrolla la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.
