Un ejemplo ser\u00eda dos vasos en la ma\u00f1ana, dos a medio d\u00eda y dos por la tarde.&nbsp;Se deben evitar los alimentos industrializados como galletas, papas fritas, jugos, leches azucaradas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed mismo, es importante prevenir la obesidad y el sobrepeso, ya que son factores de riesgo para numerosas enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas que pueden disminuir de manera importante la calidad de vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La obesidad es una enfermedad causada por consumir m\u00e1s carbohidratos y grasas de la que el cuerpo necesita, no comer adecuadamente o a deshoras, no realizar alguna actividad f\u00edsica y pasar demasiadas horas viendo la televisi\u00f3n, computadora o equipos electr\u00f3nicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante ello, la instituci\u00f3n hace un llamado a padres y madres de familia a implementar el \u201cPlato del Bien Comer\u201d, que consiste en distribuir su comida en cinco tiempos, las tres comidas fuertes (desayuno, comida y cena) y dos colaciones.
