5 de abril de 2023.- Servicios de Salud de Oaxaca (SSO) exhorta a la poblaci\u00f3n a protegerse de los rayos del sol para evitar la deshidrataci\u00f3n por enfermedades diarreicas, golpes de calor, insolaci\u00f3n, quemaduras y brotes epidemiol\u00f3gicos por la ingesta de alimentos en descomposici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Recomienda no exponerse a los rayos del sol en un horario de 11:00 a 16:00 horas<\/li><li>Vestir ropa ligera en colores claros, usar sombrero o sombrilla, aplicarse bloqueador y evitar el consumo de alimentos de dudosa procedencia<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Y es que de acuerdo al pron\u00f3stico del Servicio Meteorol\u00f3gico Nacional en la entidad se esperan temperaturas m\u00e1ximas de 40 a 45 grados cent\u00edgrados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al respecto, la secretaria de Salud Alma Lilia Velasco Hern\u00e1ndez dio a conocer que Oaxaca ocupa el lugar n\u00famero ocho a nivel nacional respecto al n\u00famero de casos de Enfermedad Infecciosa Intestinal, al corte de la semana epidemiol\u00f3gica n\u00famero 11, la entidad reporta 33 mil 527 registros de este padecimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dijo que la Jurisdicci\u00f3n Sanitaria n\u00famero Uno Valles Centrales presenta 14 mil 896 casos, el Istmo 6 mil 233, la Mixteca 5 mil 091, la Costa 3 mil 184, Tuxtepec 2 mil 132, y la Sierra mil 991 casos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Explic\u00f3 que el golpe de calor es la exposici\u00f3n a temperaturas extremas elevadas, se presentan s\u00edntomas como fiebre mayor o igual a 41 grados cent\u00edgrados, piel seca, congesti\u00f3n nasal, cefalea y fatiga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puede haber presencia de n\u00e1useas, v\u00f3mito, somnolencia, espasmos musculares, convulsiones o p\u00e9rdida de la conciencia, por lo que es importante acudir a la unidad de salud m\u00e1s cercana y recibir atenci\u00f3n oportuna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recomend\u00f3 a la poblaci\u00f3n tomar suficiente agua hervida o clorada, lavarse las manos antes de comer y despu\u00e9s de ir al ba\u00f1o, as\u00ed como despu\u00e9s de cambiar el pa\u00f1al a un beb\u00e9, desinfectar frutas y verduras y poner especial inter\u00e9s en personas menores de cinco a\u00f1os y adultas mayores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Salud pidi\u00f3 evitar exponerse a los rayos del sol durante las horas de mayor radiaci\u00f3n que es de las 11:00 a las 16:00 horas, vestir ropa ligera en colores claros, usar sombrero o sombrilla, aplicarse bloqueador y evitar el consumo de alimentos de dudosa procedencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-3 is-cropped\"><ul
