L. M. C., se\u00f1alado como probable responsable del delito de secuestro agravado en contra de una v\u00edctima de identidad reservada, cometido en diciembre de 2021, en jurisdicci\u00f3n de Santiago Pinotepa Nacional, en la regi\u00f3n de la Costa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n 41197\/FDAI\/UECS\/2021, el 3 de diciembre de 2021, sujetos desconocidos -que portaban armas de fuego- privaron de su libertad a la v\u00edctima cuando sali\u00f3 de su domicilio, ubicado en inmediaciones de Pinotepa Nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posteriormente, los plagiarios se comunicaron con familiares de la v\u00edctima, a quienes exigieron una fuerte suma de dinero a cambio de su liberaci\u00f3n. Cabe mencionar que la v\u00edctima fue liberada en un cerro ubicado en el camino de terracer\u00eda conocido como los Siete Pozos, perteneciente al referido municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante este hecho y tras la denuncia presentada, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia atrajo el caso -a trav\u00e9s de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Atenci\u00f3n a Delitos de Alto Impacto-, logrando aprehender y presentar ante el Juzgado de Control al probable responsable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En audiencia y tras validar los datos de prueba proporcionados por la FGEO, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a J. L. M. C., imponiendo la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva&nbsp; y otorg\u00f3 cinco meses para el cierre de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General combate el delito de secuestro, realizando investigaciones exhaustivas para dar con los responsables, garantizando justicia plena a las v\u00edctimas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax.-\u00a0La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) obtuvo auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso contra un masculino identificado como J.
