P. S., probable responsable del delito de violencia familiar en agravio de la mujer identificada como Z. B. B., cometido en julio de 2019, en jurisdicci\u00f3n de Santiago Pinotepa Nacional, en la regi\u00f3n de la Costa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n 24649\/FCOS\/PINOTEPA\/2019, el 19 de julio de 2019, aproximadamente a las 16:30 horas, el imputado agredi\u00f3 de manera verbal a la v\u00edctima e impidi\u00f3 que saliera de su domicilio particular, ubicado en la localidad de El Ciruelo, perteneciente a Pinotepa Nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante estos hechos y tras la denuncia presentada por familiares de la v\u00edctima, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia inici\u00f3 una exhaustiva y diligente investigaci\u00f3n -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Costa-, logrando aprehender y presentar al imputado ante el Juzgado de Control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En audiencia y tras validar los datos de prueba presentados por la FGEO, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a L. P.
