C. J., cometido en agosto de 2020, en jurisdicci\u00f3n de San Mateo Pi\u00f1as, Distrito de Pochutla, en la regi\u00f3n de la Costa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n 20587\/FCOS\/POCHUTLA\/2021, en diferentes fechas del mes de agosto de 2020, el imputado, a trav\u00e9s de enga\u00f1os, agredi\u00f3 de manera sexual a la adolescente en inmediaciones de la rancher\u00eda \u00abCerro Le\u00f3n\u00bb, ubicada en San Mateo Pi\u00f1as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante este hecho y tras la denuncia presentada, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia inici\u00f3 las investigaciones correspondientes, logrando identificar, aprehender y presentar al imputado ante el Juzgado de Control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En audiencia y luego de validar los datos de prueba proporcionados por la FGEO, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a S. C.
