G. M. G., probable responsable del delito abuso sexual infantil en agravio de una ni\u00f1a de 11 a\u00f1os, cometido en mayo de 2020, en jurisdicci\u00f3n de Huajuapan de Le\u00f3n, regi\u00f3n de la Mixteca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El imputado fue aprehendido por Agentes Estatales de Investigaci\u00f3n y presentado de forma inmediata ante la autoridad judicial que lo requiri\u00f3, dando cumplimiento a la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n girada en su contra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo a la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n 1669\/FMIX\/HUAJUAPAN\/2020, los hechos ocurrieron el 23 de mayo de 2020, aproximadamente a las 11:00 horas, cuando el imputado probablemente agredi\u00f3 de forma sexual a la v\u00edctima en inmediaciones de la colonia Ni\u00f1os H\u00e9roes de Huajuapan de Le\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante estos hechos y tras la denuncia presentada, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia atrajo la investigaci\u00f3n -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Mixteca-, logrando ubicar, aprehender y presentar al imputado ante el Juzgado de Control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En audiencia, el imputado se acogi\u00f3 al t\u00e9rmino constitucional, mismo que fenece el pr\u00f3ximo 30 de mayo de 2021, quedando en tanto en prisi\u00f3n preventiva de manera provisional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General garantiza justicia a ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os, adolescentes y mujeres v\u00edctimas de agresiones sexuales, aplicando todo el rigor de la Ley a quienes resulten responsables.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax., 26 de mayo de 2021.-&nbsp;La ininterrumpida labor de investigaci\u00f3n y seguimiento de casos de violencia sexual de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) dio&hellip; <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0},"categories":[11],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v17.0 -
