{"id":2710,"date":"2021-05-25T08:06:09","date_gmt":"2021-05-25T13:06:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/publimar.mx\/?p=2710"},"modified":"2021-05-25T08:06:11","modified_gmt":"2021-05-25T13:06:11","slug":"vinculado-a-proceso-probable-violador-de-miahuatlan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/publimar.mx\/index.php\/2021\/05\/25\/vinculado-a-proceso-probable-violador-de-miahuatlan\/","title":{"rendered":"Vinculado a proceso probable violador de Miahuatl\u00e1n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul><li><strong>En prisi\u00f3n y vinculado a proceso, probable violador de una adolescente; hechos suscitados en la Sierra Sur<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax.-<\/strong>\u00a0Por el delito de violaci\u00f3n contra una adolescente de 17 a\u00f1os, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) obtuvo auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso contra una persona del sexo masculino identificada como E. B. F., cometido en el periodo comprendido entre enero y febrero de 2021, en el municipio de Miahuatl\u00e1n de Porfirio D\u00edaz, en la regi\u00f3n de la Sierra Sur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n 14013\/FNSC\/MIAHUATLAN\/2021, de enero a febrero de 2021, el imputado probablemente agredi\u00f3 de forma sexual a la adolescente en inmediaciones del referido municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante estos hechos y tras la denuncia presentada, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia inici\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente, logrando identificar, aprehender y presentar al probable agresor sexual ante el Juzgado de Control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En audiencia y luego de validar los datos derivados de los actos de investigaci\u00f3n realizados por la FGEO -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda General de Control Regional-, el Juez de la causa dict\u00f3 auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso contra el imputado, imponiendo la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa y otorgando dos meses para el cierre de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Garantizar justicia a ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os, adolescentes y mujeres, es labor primordial para la Fiscal\u00eda General, aplicando todo el rigor de la Ley a quienes atenten en su contra.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En prisi\u00f3n y vinculado a proceso, probable violador de una adolescente; hechos suscitados en la Sierra Sur Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax.-\u00a0Por el delito de violaci\u00f3n contra una adolescente de 17&hellip; <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":2460,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0},"categories":[10],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v17.0 -
