M<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Los imputados ser\u00e1n presentados ante el Juez de Control, quien determinar\u00e1 su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica en las pr\u00f3ximas horas<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1024\" height=\"631\" src=\"https:\/\/publimar.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/lizbeth-huerta-1024x631.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2661\" srcset=\"https:\/\/publimar.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/lizbeth-huerta-1024x631.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/publimar.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/lizbeth-huerta-300x185.jpg 300w, https:\/\/publimar.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/lizbeth-huerta-768x474.jpg 768w, https:\/\/publimar.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/lizbeth-huerta.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax., 07 de mayo de 2021.-<\/strong>&nbsp;La ininterrumpida labor de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia por parte de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca (FGEO) dio como resultado la aprehensi\u00f3n de tres personas (entre ellas una mujer) que est\u00e1n probablemente relacionadas con el delito de desaparici\u00f3n forzada de la ciudadana C. U. C., ocurrida en marzo de 2021, en Asunci\u00f3n Nochixtl\u00e1n, en la regi\u00f3n de la Mixteca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre quienes fueron capturados se encuentra la persona del sexo femenino identificada como L. V. H. y as\u00ed como dos hombres identificados como J. R. M. M. y J. A. H. M., quienes fueron asegurados por Agentes Estatales de Investigaci\u00f3n, quienes en colaboraci\u00f3n con elementos de la Secretar\u00eda de la Defensa Nacional, ejecutaron orden de aprehensi\u00f3n este viernes 7 de mayo en jurisdicci\u00f3n de Asunci\u00f3n Nochixtl\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con los hechos asentados en la causa penal 203\/2021, el pasado 26 de marzo de 2021, la v\u00edctima C. U. C. fue vista por \u00faltima vez en inmediaciones del palacio municipal de Asunci\u00f3n Nochixtl\u00e1n, luego de participar en una manifestaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante estos hechos, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia inici\u00f3 las labores de investigaci\u00f3n con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero para priorizar las necesidades particulares de la v\u00edctima y v\u00edctimas indirectas desde que tuvo conocimiento del caso, realizando las acciones pertinentes en estricto apego a los protocolos internacionales adoptados por el Estado Mexicano en materia de b\u00fasqueda y localizaci\u00f3n de personas desaparecidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General refrenda su compromiso de redoblar esfuerzos en la b\u00fasqueda de personas reportadas como desaparecidas en el estado, presentando ante la justicia a quien o quienes resulten responsables de estos delitos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>implicados en desaparici\u00f3n forzada de C.
