A. G. J., por su probable responsabilidad en el delito de violaci\u00f3n en agravio de una adolescente de 13 a\u00f1os, cometido en enero de 2021, en jurisdicci\u00f3n de San Pedro Pochutla, regi\u00f3n de la Costa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la causa penal 118\/2021, el 29 de enero de 2021, aproximadamente a las 02:00 horas, el imputado probablemente agredi\u00f3 de manera sexual a la v\u00edctima cuando se encontraba en el interior de su domicilio, ubicado en San Pedro Pochutla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante estos hechos y tras la denuncia presentada por la v\u00edctima, la Instituci\u00f3n de procuraci\u00f3n de justicia inici\u00f3 la investigaci\u00f3n correspondiente -a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Costa-, gracias a la cual se logr\u00f3 identificar y aprehender al imputado el pasado 26 de marzo, quien fue presentado ante la autoridad judicial que lo requiri\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En audiencia y tras validar los datos de prueba presentados por la FGEO, el Juez en turno determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso al probable agresor sexual, imponi\u00e9ndole la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa y otorgando 30 d\u00edas para el cierre de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La defensa de mujeres, ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes resulta prioritaria para la Fiscal\u00eda General, presentando ante la justicia y aplicando la Ley sin distingo a quienes atenten en su contra.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Obtiene FGEO auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso contra probable agresor sexual de una adolescente, en la regi\u00f3n de la Costa Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax.-\u00a0La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Oaxaca&hellip; <\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":2460,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0},"categories":[10],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v17.0 -
