sizes=\"(max-width: 512px) 100vw, 512px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>Procuradur\u00eda Federal de Protecci\u00f3n al Ambiente (Profepa)<\/strong> clausur\u00f3 de manera <strong>temporal cuatro desarrollos inmobiliarios en Huatulco<\/strong>, por realizar obras sin autorizaci\u00f3n y efectuar <strong>cambios ilegales de uso de suelo<\/strong>, afectando <strong>12 hect\u00e1reas de selva baja y mediana caducifolia<\/strong>, dentro y fuera del <strong>Parque Nacional Huatulco II<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La medida busca frenar los <strong>da\u00f1os ambientales<\/strong> provocados por proyectos que avanzaban sin cumplir con los permisos establecidos por la legislaci\u00f3n ambiental federal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El primer proyecto sancionado fue <strong>Paradise Cove Condo Hotel<\/strong>, ubicado en la <strong>Agencia Municipal de Bah\u00eda de Santa Cruz Huatulco<\/strong> y operado por la empresa <em>Casas de Ensue\u00f1o Huatulco, Oaxaca<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante una <strong>inspecci\u00f3n realizada los d\u00edas 12 y 13 de junio de 2025<\/strong>, personal de Profepa constat\u00f3 que el desarrollo incumpl\u00eda la <strong>autorizaci\u00f3n de impacto ambiental<\/strong> emitida por la <strong>Semarnat el 2 de diciembre de 2022<\/strong>, y que <strong>no contaba con la autorizaci\u00f3n de cambio de uso de suelo en terrenos forestales<\/strong> antes de iniciar las obras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/publimar.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/clausura-huatulco-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18238\" width=\"488\" height=\"285\" srcset=\"https:\/\/publimar.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/clausura-huatulco-2.jpg 650w, https:\/\/publimar.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/clausura-huatulco-2-300x175.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 488px) 100vw, 488px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas irregularidades derivaron en la <strong>afectaci\u00f3n de 3.7 hect\u00e1reas de selva baja caducifolia<\/strong>, donde se desmont\u00f3 vegetaci\u00f3n y se prepar\u00f3 el terreno para construcci\u00f3n.<br>Como medida de seguridad, el <strong>24 de octubre<\/strong> se impuso la <strong>clausura total temporal<\/strong> sobre <strong>5.2 hect\u00e1reas<\/strong> del proyecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre el <strong>21 y el 23 de octubre<\/strong>, la Profepa encabez\u00f3 un <strong>operativo en el Parque Nacional Huatulco II<\/strong>, en coordinaci\u00f3n con la <strong>Guardia Nacional, la Secretar\u00eda de la Defensa Nacional y la Polic\u00eda Estatal de Oaxaca<\/strong>, tras denuncias ciudadanas y alertas difundidas en redes sociales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el <strong>Sector J<\/strong>, se detect\u00f3 la <strong>remoci\u00f3n de 0.77 hect\u00e1reas<\/strong> para lotificaci\u00f3n y viviendas provisionales, as\u00ed como la afectaci\u00f3n de otras <strong>6.87 hect\u00e1reas de selva mediana caducifolia<\/strong>.<br>En el <strong>Sector K<\/strong>, se verific\u00f3 un <strong>cambio de uso de suelo en 0.64 hect\u00e1reas<\/strong>, mientras que sobre el camino a <strong>Playa Riscalillo<\/strong> se removi\u00f3 completamente la vegetaci\u00f3n de <strong>0.65 hect\u00e1reas<\/strong> para la <strong>extracci\u00f3n de materiales p\u00e9treos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En todos los casos, la dependencia aplic\u00f3 la <strong>clausura total temporal<\/strong>, conforme al <strong>art\u00edculo 170, fracci\u00f3n I, de la Ley General del Equilibrio Ecol\u00f3gico y la Protecci\u00f3n al Ambiente<\/strong>, con el fin de evitar da\u00f1os mayores a los ecosistemas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Profepa inform\u00f3 que continuar\u00e1 con los <strong>procedimientos administrativos<\/strong> y colaborar\u00e1 con la <strong>Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR)<\/strong> en los <strong>peritajes e investigaciones<\/strong> correspondientes, reforzando la <strong>vigilancia para la protecci\u00f3n de los ecosistemas forestales y
