{"id":17560,"date":"2025-09-06T08:03:02","date_gmt":"2025-09-06T14:03:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/publimar.mx\/?p=17560"},"modified":"2025-09-06T08:03:03","modified_gmt":"2025-09-06T14:03:03","slug":"publimar-1002","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/publimar.mx\/index.php\/2025\/09\/06\/publimar-1002\/","title":{"rendered":"Geovany V\u00e1squez destaca reformas hist\u00f3ricas y restituci\u00f3n del poder al pueblo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/publimar.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Revocacion-de-mandato-logro-de-las-transformaciones-de-la-patria-2.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17561\" width=\"400\" height=\"267\" srcset=\"https:\/\/publimar.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Revocacion-de-mandato-logro-de-las-transformaciones-de-la-patria-2.jpeg 800w, https:\/\/publimar.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Revocacion-de-mandato-logro-de-las-transformaciones-de-la-patria-2-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/publimar.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/Revocacion-de-mandato-logro-de-las-transformaciones-de-la-patria-2-768x512.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>El titular de la <strong>Consejer\u00eda Jur\u00eddica y Asistencia Legal del Gobierno de Oaxaca<\/strong>, <strong>Geovany V\u00e1squez Sagrero<\/strong>, destac\u00f3 las transformaciones hist\u00f3ricas que ha vivido el pa\u00eds y que han permitido <strong>restituir el poder al pueblo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el marco del programa <strong>\u201cMujeres de la Patria, Septiembre, mes de la transformaci\u00f3n\u201d<\/strong>, subray\u00f3 que ahora la ciudadan\u00eda tiene la facultad de <strong>elegir jueces y magistrados<\/strong>, as\u00ed como de ejercer la <strong>revocaci\u00f3n de mandato<\/strong>, lo que garantiza que el pueblo pueda evaluar y remover a sus gobernantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cGracias a la voluntad popular, en esta <strong>Cuarta Transformaci\u00f3n<\/strong> se han logrado profundas reformas hist\u00f3ricas, como el <strong>reconocimiento a los pueblos originarios y afromexicano<\/strong>, o la <strong>recuperaci\u00f3n de la rector\u00eda energ\u00e9tica<\/strong>\u201d, expres\u00f3 durante la ceremonia de izamiento de la <strong>Bandera Nacional<\/strong> en la <strong>Alameda de Le\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e1squez Sagrero record\u00f3 que <strong>nunca m\u00e1s se debe negar a la sociedad<\/strong> el derecho a evaluar a sus autoridades y defender la soberan\u00eda nacional.
