{"id":17203,"date":"2025-08-09T07:28:05","date_gmt":"2025-08-09T13:28:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/publimar.mx\/?p=17203"},"modified":"2025-08-09T07:28:07","modified_gmt":"2025-08-09T13:28:07","slug":"publimar-926","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/publimar.mx\/index.php\/2025\/08\/09\/publimar-926\/","title":{"rendered":"Profepa clausura obras ilegales en Oaxaca por incumplir normas ambientales"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/publimar.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/inspectora-de-la-profepa-realizando-inspeccion.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17204\" width=\"488\" height=\"285\" srcset=\"https:\/\/publimar.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/inspectora-de-la-profepa-realizando-inspeccion.jpg 650w, https:\/\/publimar.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/inspectora-de-la-profepa-realizando-inspeccion-300x175.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 488px) 100vw, 488px\" \/><figcaption>Inspectora de la Profepa realizando inspecci\u00f3n<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La Procuradur\u00eda Federal de Protecci\u00f3n al Ambiente (Profepa) llev\u00f3 a cabo, del 2 al 11 de julio, visitas de inspecci\u00f3n en materia de impacto ambiental a cuatro predios en Oaxaca, detectando m\u00faltiples irregularidades y procediendo a la clausura temporal total de las obras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 2 de julio, en <em>El Faro<\/em>, Puerto \u00c1ngel, San Pedro Pochutla, se observ\u00f3 el desmonte de vegetaci\u00f3n secundaria nativa para la construcci\u00f3n de un hotel en una superficie de <strong>558.9 m\u00b2<\/strong>, sin presentar la autorizaci\u00f3n correspondiente de la Secretar\u00eda de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (Semarnat).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El 3 de julio, en <em>Bah\u00eda de Santa Cruz Huatulco<\/em>, se inspeccion\u00f3 el proyecto \u201cMeridian Condos &amp; Plaza\u201d, de <strong>5,334.19 m\u00b2<\/strong>, con autorizaci\u00f3n vencida y obras distintas a las autorizadas.
