{"id":16300,"date":"2025-05-27T08:08:53","date_gmt":"2025-05-27T14:08:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/publimar.mx\/?p=16300"},"modified":"2025-05-27T08:08:54","modified_gmt":"2025-05-27T14:08:54","slug":"profepa-clausura-obras-en-playas-de-oaxaca-por-afectacion-a-manglares-y-vegetacion-forestal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/publimar.mx\/index.php\/2025\/05\/27\/profepa-clausura-obras-en-playas-de-oaxaca-por-afectacion-a-manglares-y-vegetacion-forestal\/","title":{"rendered":"Profepa clausura obras en playas de Oaxaca por afectaci\u00f3n a manglares y vegetaci\u00f3n forestal"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/publimar.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/inspector-de-la-profepa-colocando-sellos-de-clausura.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16301\" width=\"488\" height=\"285\" srcset=\"https:\/\/publimar.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/inspector-de-la-profepa-colocando-sellos-de-clausura.jpg 650w, https:\/\/publimar.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/inspector-de-la-profepa-colocando-sellos-de-clausura-300x175.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 488px) 100vw, 488px\" \/><figcaption>Inspector de la Profepa colocando sellos de clausura.<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax.<\/strong> La Procuradur\u00eda Federal de Protecci\u00f3n al Ambiente (Profepa) ejecut\u00f3 dos clausuras temporales totales en desarrollos inmobiliarios ubicados en las playas Agua Blanca y Estacahuite, en la regi\u00f3n de la Costa de Oaxaca, por afectar ecosistemas considerados de alta importancia ambiental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las acciones fueron realizadas el pasado 30 de abril, tras detectar impactos ambientales en:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li class=\"\"><strong>Playa Agua Blanca, municipio de Santa Mar\u00eda Tonameca:<\/strong> se clausur\u00f3 una superficie de <strong>124 metros cuadrados<\/strong> donde se desarrollaban obras que afectaban manglar, un ecosistema protegido por la <strong>NOM-059-SEMARNAT-2010<\/strong> y la <strong>NOM-022-SEMARNAT-2003<\/strong>, normas que regulan la protecci\u00f3n de especies en riesgo y la conservaci\u00f3n de humedales costeros.<\/li><li class=\"\"><strong>Playa Estacahuite, en Puerto \u00c1ngel, San Pedro Pochutla:<\/strong> se clausuraron <strong>1,933.22 metros cuadrados<\/strong> de cambio de uso de suelo en \u00e1reas forestales sin autorizaci\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La Profepa record\u00f3 que el <strong>mangle es una especie prioritaria para la conservaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, por su funci\u00f3n en la protecci\u00f3n de costas, regulaci\u00f3n del clima y como h\u00e1bitat de gran biodiversidad.
