prop\u00f3sito de fortalecer la capacidad de respuesta ante emergencias y fomentar comunidades m\u00e1s resilientes, el pr\u00f3ximo <strong>viernes 2 de mayo de 2025<\/strong> se firmar\u00e1 el <strong>Convenio de Hermanamiento y Colaboraci\u00f3n<\/strong> entre el <strong>Centro Nacional de Apoyo para Contingencias Epidemiol\u00f3gicas y Desastres (CENACED)<\/strong> y la <strong>organizaci\u00f3n SOCPINDA<\/strong>, enfocada en el desarrollo social y productivo de pueblos ind\u00edgenas y comunidades afrodescendientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>\ud83d\udccd Lugar y horario del evento<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La ceremonia de firma se llevar\u00e1 a cabo de <strong>09:00 a 10:30 horas<\/strong> en la <strong>Sala de Juntas de Ciudad de los Archivos<\/strong>, ubicada en el <strong>Archivo General del Estado de Oaxaca<\/strong>, en <strong>Santa Luc\u00eda del Camino<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udccc Direcci\u00f3n: Calle Los Pinos s\/n, esquina con Avenida como finalidad:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li class=\"\"><strong>Establecer a SOCPINDA como aliado estrat\u00e9gico<\/strong> de CENACED en <strong>Oaxaca y Guerrero<\/strong><\/li><li class=\"\">Coordinar acciones en campo durante <strong>emergencias climatol\u00f3gicas, hidrometeorol\u00f3gicas, geol\u00f3gicas y socio-antropol\u00f3gicas<\/strong><\/li><li class=\"\"><strong>Impulsar la cultura de prevenci\u00f3n y la preparaci\u00f3n comunitaria<\/strong> ante desastres<\/li><li class=\"\">Fortalecer las capacidades locales para la <strong>resiliencia y la gesti\u00f3n del riesgo<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3>\ud83d\udd04 Una colaboraci\u00f3n flexible y con visi\u00f3n humanitaria<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Este hermanamiento establece un <strong>marco de cooperaci\u00f3n abierto y adaptable<\/strong>, capaz de responder a nuevas prioridades y contextos durante su vigencia, con el fin de asegurar una <strong>respuesta humanitaria efectiva, oportuna y
