Oaxaca de Ju\u00e1rez, Oax. 14 de febrero de 2025.-<\/strong> A fin de enriquecer la reforma a la Constituci\u00f3n estatal vigente, se llev\u00f3 a cabo el Segundo Encuentro Tem\u00e1tico: \u201cPrincipios, Derechos, G\u00e9nero y Garant\u00edas\u201d, que integr\u00f3 ideas y reflexiones de juristas de Oaxaca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con la representaci\u00f3n del Gobernador Salom\u00f3n Jara Cruz, Presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n Estatal del Bicentenario de la Constituci\u00f3n de 1825, el consejero Jur\u00eddico del Estado, Geovany V\u00e1squez Sagrero destac\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n de la abogac\u00eda, en especial de oaxaque\u00f1as y oaxaque\u00f1os que comparten sus ense\u00f1anzas y visi\u00f3n para adecuar las normas jur\u00eddicas a las nuevas realidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este encuentro cont\u00f3 con la presencia de legistas de las barras Santiago Nino, Mexicana de Abogados Cap\u00edtulo Oaxaca, el Foro Permanente de Abogados y acad\u00e9micos del Colegio Internacional de Abogados Especializados. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la actividad se escucharon las voces de mujeres y hombres que expresaron su preocupaci\u00f3n para que se garantice el desarrollo de la soberan\u00eda; la transparencia y rendici\u00f3n de cuentas; de la salud y de la comunidad LGBT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tambi\u00e9n se propuso garantizar la justicia con perspectiva cultural, la paridad de g\u00e9nero, los derechos de los pueblos y comunidades ind\u00edgenas, y la igualdad sustantiva, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este encuentro se desarroll\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de un di\u00e1logo respetuoso, que permiti\u00f3 contrastar puntos de vista para enriquecer la visi\u00f3n de una nueva Constituci\u00f3n, que contribuya a la transformaci\u00f3n de los pueblos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
