Adem\u00e1s, se propone <strong>restablecer el n\u00famero de magistraturas a 22<\/strong> y crear <strong>siete salas regionales mixtas<\/strong>, con tres magistraturas cada una, conforme a los siete <strong>Distritos Judiciales<\/strong>, con la finalidad de <strong>acercar la justicia a las comunidades<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre otros cambios, la iniciativa contempla la creaci\u00f3n de un <strong>Tribunal de Disciplina Judicial<\/strong> y un <strong>\u00d3rgano de Administraci\u00f3n de Justicia<\/strong> que sustituir\u00e1 al <strong>Consejo de la Judicatura Local<\/strong>. Un aspecto importante de la reforma es que <strong>la mitad de los cargos de jueces se elegir\u00e1n en 2025<\/strong>, mientras que la otra mitad lo ser\u00e1 en 2027, con una <strong>Jornada Electoral programada para el primer domingo de julio de 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La reforma tambi\u00e9n establece que <strong>las y los magistrados actuales no tendr\u00e1n derecho a jubilaci\u00f3n<\/strong> ni a prestaciones adicionales, a menos que cumplan los requisitos para estos beneficios y se separen de su cargo antes del <strong>1 de enero de 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se propone un cambio en el sistema de remuneraci\u00f3n para las y los servidores p\u00fablicos del Poder Judicial, que no podr\u00e1n recibir un salario superior al del <strong>Gobernador del Estado<\/strong>. En cuanto a la <strong>reelecci\u00f3n<\/strong>, se permitir\u00e1 \u00fanicamente una reelecci\u00f3n consecutiva, tras el periodo de 7 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Consejero Jur\u00eddico aclar\u00f3 que los derechos de los <strong>trabajadores del Poder Judicial<\/strong> quedan intactos en la propuesta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e1squez Sagrero present\u00f3 la iniciativa al <strong>Presidente de la Junta de Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de la LXVI Legislatura<\/strong>, <strong>Benjam\u00edn Viveros Montalvo<\/strong>, a la <strong>Presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Estudios Constitucionales<\/strong>, <strong>Tania Caballero Navarro<\/strong>, y a la <strong>Presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n de Administraci\u00f3n y Procuraci\u00f3n de
