Este crimen afect\u00f3 al Ayuntamiento de San Mateo Pi\u00f1as, en la regi\u00f3n de la Costa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Detalles del Caso<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos ocurrieron el 25 de marzo de 2024, cuando se report\u00f3 un asalto a la tesorer\u00eda municipal de San Mateo Pi\u00f1as. El robo incluy\u00f3 la sustracci\u00f3n de dinero en efectivo y varios objetos. Tras la denuncia formalizada por la presidenta municipal, la FGEO, a trav\u00e9s de la Vicefiscal\u00eda Regional de la Costa, emprendi\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n que result\u00f3 en la emisi\u00f3n de una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n contra A.S.G. o A.E.S.G.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Acciones Judiciales<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El acusado fue detenido y presentado ante el juez correspondiente. Durante la audiencia, el Juez valor\u00f3 las pruebas presentadas por la Fiscal\u00eda y decidi\u00f3 vincular a A.S.G. o A.E.S.G. a proceso por Robo Calificado con Violencia a las Cosas. Adem\u00e1s, impuso la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada y concedi\u00f3 un plazo de dos meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Compromiso con la Justicia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La FGEO reafirma su compromiso con la justicia al realizar investigaciones exhaustivas en casos de alto impacto.
