100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zimatl\u00e1n de \u00c1lvarez, Oax. 15 de enero de 2021.<\/strong>&#8211; La Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Agropecuario, Pesca y Acuacultura (Sedapa), potencia los cultivos de amaranto, nopal y vainilla en municipios de la entidad, con la finalidad de fortalecer la producci\u00f3n de agroalimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la firma del convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n entre el ayuntamiento de Zimatl\u00e1n de \u00c1lvarez, representado por el edil, Javier Barroso S\u00e1nchez y el representante del Grupo Alimenticio Roech, Daniel Robles Echeagaray, se dio el banderazo de inicio de la siembra de 500 hect\u00e1reas de amaranto en todo el estado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese sentido, la Sedapa destac\u00f3 la importancia de establecer alianzas entre la iniciativa privada, Gobierno del Estado, ayuntamientos y productores, que permitan reactivar la actividad agroalimentaria en territorio oaxaque\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto del Grupo Alimenticio Roech, plantea la siembra de amaranto en una primera etapa en las regiones de Valles Centrales, Istmo y Ca\u00f1ada; y posteriormente, s\u00e1bila, nopal y vainilla en las regiones de la Mixteca y Cuenca del Papaloapan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, el representante del Grupo Alimenticio Roech, Daniel Robles Echeagaray, indic\u00f3 que se espera que durante este a\u00f1o y el 2022, se pueda concretar la siembra de diferentes cultivos en todas las regiones del estado con la finalidad de generar oportunidades de desarrollo y hacer el campo m\u00e1s productivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De la misma forma, el presidente municipal de Zimatl\u00e1n de \u00c1lvarez, Javier Barroso S\u00e1nchez, se dijo satisfecho por el modelo productivo que involucra el proyecto de cultivo de amaranto, en el que al productor se le dota de semilla, fertilizante y acompa\u00f1amiento t\u00e9cnico, pero sobre todo porque la comercializaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 garantizada para el productor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el inicio de la siembra de amaranto, estuvieron presentes la subsecretar\u00eda de Agronegocios de la Sedapa, los Presidentes Municipales de Santa Mar\u00eda Sola,
