Durante la conferencia de prensa del lunes, Jara Cruz denunci\u00f3 el comportamiento faccioso de algunos ministros de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Naci\u00f3n (SCJN). Seg\u00fan el gobernador, estos jueces han intentado influir y amedrentar a magistrados electorales mediante mensajes de WhatsApp y reuniones privadas con l\u00edderes de partidos pol\u00edticos, lo que compromete la imparcialidad y el acceso a la justicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Atenci\u00f3n a Demandas de la Secci\u00f3n XXII del SNTE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En la misma conferencia, se inform\u00f3 sobre los avances en la atenci\u00f3n a las demandas de la Secci\u00f3n XXII del Sindicato Nacional de Trabajadores de la Educaci\u00f3n (SNTE). El gobierno de Oaxaca ha entregado una segunda respuesta a su Pliego Petitorio, que consta de 48 puntos, incluyendo la construcci\u00f3n de la Ley Estatal de Educaci\u00f3n. Hasta ahora, se han realizado tres mesas de trabajo en el Poder Legislativo y se han programado m\u00e1s reuniones en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico con diversas autoridades federales para atender demandas administrativas y de justicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Asistencia a Afectados por Deslave en San Francisco Telixtlahuaca<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El gobernador tambi\u00e9n lament\u00f3 el fallecimiento de tres personas debido a un deslave en la agencia Faustino G. Olivera, en San Francisco Telixtlahuaca, Etla, provocado por las recientes lluvias. El gobierno ha desplegado a todas las dependencias pertinentes para brindar atenci\u00f3n inmediata a las familias afectadas, contabilizando 50 viviendas da\u00f1adas.
